Conference Policies

Peer Review Process

  • All papers will be peer-reviewed: the first round for abstract (submission of abstract is a must), and the 2nd round for full papers (submission of full paper is optional);
  • The review recommendation for abstracts shall be based on topic suitability to this conference;
  • The review recommendation for full papers shall be based on novelty of the ideas, scientific merits and suitability to this conference;
  • Multiple reviewers may be approached for technical and editorial reports;
  • The conference encourages papers discussing novel ideas;
  • Conference Chairmen make the final decision.

Archive Access Policy

The presentations that make up the current and archived conferences on this site have been made open access and are freely available for viewing, for the benefit of authors and interested readers.
