Limited accommodation rooms are available right at the ICCM2014 conference venue, Fitzwilliam College Cambridge. The booking must be done at this website, based on the contract with the Fitzwilliam College (The College will not handle any booking issues). Early booking at this website is strongly advised, before the rooms are running out. Please kindly take a note of:
1) The payment must be in US$ and via PayPal (which accepts credit cards and debit card also). Booking is complete, only when the payment is received. We will make and confirm the booking with you and then the final booking information will be given to the college Accommodation Service, so that you can go directly there and check-in.

3) Changing or cancellation before 27th June 2014 is allowed and the payment is refundable, but it carries an administrative charge of US$35 per request.
4) Cancellation and/or changes to the existing booking after 27th June 2014 is not allowed and not refundable regardless the reasons. This is because our contract with the hotel that does not allow refund.
5) Booking service on this site is on first-come-first-serve basis.
