Policies:

1) Refund policy: before 15th June 2018, 60% will be refunded minus the handling fees; after 15th June 2018, no refund.

2) The full registration fee (of delegates and students) includes:

• Full access to the congress sessions;
• Technical program;
• Online access of congress presentations and proceedings of full papers;
• Refreshments during the conference breaks;
• Reception, Lunches;
• WiFi in the conference site.

3) Optional items:

• Banquet Ticket for one person is USD100.
• One full registration fee entitles one presentation. Additional presentations carry an additional charge of USD300 per presentation.
• Spouses (of a Delegate or Student) participating in full conference service including the reception, refreshments, meals, will be charged USD230. This is not for delegate or student.
• The charge for non-participants to publish papers in conference Proceedings is USD300 per paper.
