Refund Policy: Before 15th June 2016: 60% will be refunded minus the handling fees; after 15th June 2016, no refund, regardless the reasons.

The full Registration Fee covers one presentation and paper publication at conference online Proceedings, the access to all the technical sessions, refreshment breaks, banquet on 27th, all lunches on 26th-28th, all suppers on 25th, 26th, and 28th, and one copy of the conference materials.

Upon receiving your ​payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you. ​Please note:​

(​1)​ The official receipt will be​ handed to you along with the conference​ package​, when you arrive at the conference ​on-site Registration Desk. ​

(​2) ​Once the ​payment is confirmed,  the paper will be ​channeled to the "Presentations" list for scheduling. ​​You should be able to see your paper(s) in the "Presentations" list online (on the right margin on the webpage) on and from 1st June 2017.  The final presentation schedule will be completed by the conference Chairmen and made available online by 1st July 2017.

​(3) If you choose to pay the Registration Fee on-site, you must pay a Deposit of CNY 300 ​(or US$40) by 30th June 2017, so that we can have your paper scheduled for publication. We will issue a receipt to you for this Deposit and it will be fully refunded to you on the on-site Registration​ Desk ​at the conference venue. If you are not able to pay the Registration Fee during the conference, the Deposit is not refundable. ​This is to minimize the number of no-shows. ​If you do not present a paper, you may just pay the Registration Fee on-site or earlier, and no Deposit is necessary. The Registration Fees are listed below.

* CNY Registration fees are applicable only to delegates and students from the organizations in China. This is because the NSFC China and the sponsor universities sponsored the conference to support researchers from China.

** Students are required to show student ID card copy to iccmdesk@gmail.com.

For delegates and students from China:

Please Bank transfer (Yin Hang Hui Kuan) the Payment (Registration Fee or Deposit) to CNY Receiving Account through your bank:

Important: Please fill in ICCM2017\Participant Name\Organization\Paper ID\Email address in the remarks field.

Once the payment is made, you are then done, and please just wait for payment confirmation email. You should be able to see your paper(s) in the "Presentations" list online (on the right margin on the webpage) on and from 1st June 2017.
