Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- On behalf of all the authors, by lick on this box, I declare that the work of this submitted paper is of my/our own. If other works are used in the paper, proper citations, references and credit are given. I declare also that the submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word and PDF format. The size of an individual file to be up-loaded is less than 2MB. Additional charge of US$100/1MB may be imposed for large uploaded files exceeds 2MB. The final submission must be in PDF with camera ready quality with the precise layout and format given in the template. All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
