Submission Preparation Checklist
- The submission is my own work. It has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
- Abstract: Enter your METADATA following the instructions given in the website, and then type in or simply copy-&-paste your abstract in text format. You may also choose to upload your abstract in pdf format containing only the abstract (refering to the Template). Abstracts will be published in the conference online presentations.
- Full-Paper: You may (optionally) submit a full paper, by uploading the PDF file. The PDF files should be prepared following the Template. The size of the file is limited to 2MB. Accepted full papers will be included in the Conference Full-paper Proceedings that may be submitted for consideration at ISI, IE indexes.
- Go through the submission process until clicking the buttons of "Finish Submission" and "Active Submissions".
- Add all authors online by clicking your paper title, go to "Summary" then "Edit Metadata", then "Add Author". If not, co-authors' names will not be shown on prgoram Handbook, Author Index and eProceedings.
- After submission, if you want (1) to change track (MS) number, (2) to revise the abstract/paper, (3) or to send the full paper to replace the abstract, please send the revised abstract/paper to Ms. Joanne Wang at iccmdesk@gmail.com, indicating the submission number (ID number) before June 9th. Please do not re-submit the same abstract/paper. Again, please do not re-submit the same abstract/paper.
