Author Guidelines

1. Please download the Abstract and Paper templates (with instructions) here.

2. Unzip it and use the templates to produce your abstract/paper following the instructions precisely.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission is my own work. It has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Conference Chairman).
2. Abstract: Enter your METADATA following the instructions given in the website, and then type in your abstract in text format (or simply copy & paste). You may also choose to upload your abstract in pdf format as a short full-paper containing only the abstract (refering to the Template). Abstracts may not be included into the Conference Proceedings.
3. Full-Paper: You may (optional) submit a full paper, by uploading the pdf file. You may also simply submit the pdf file of your abstract (or an extended abstract).  The PDF files should be prepared following the Template. The size of the file is limited to 2MB. Accepted full papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings that may be submitted for consideration at ISI IE indexes.
4. Go through the submission process until clicking the buttons of "Finish Submission" and "Active Submissions".

5. After submission, if you want to change track number, to revise the abstract/paper, or to send the full paper to replace the abstract, please send the revised abstract/paper to Ms. Joanne Wang at iccmdesk@gmail.com, indicating the submission number (ID number) by the end of June. You don't need to re-submit the same abstract/paper to get another ID for the same content. And if you want all authors' names being included in the Presentation Program and Author Index in the Online-Presentation or Proceedings, please click your paper title, and go to "Summary" then "Edit Metadata", then "Add Author".

Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
c) In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
