In this paper, the possibility of reducing computational cost of high-order discontinuous Galerkin methods is investigated. Efficient implicit GMRES solutions accelerated with a full multigrid is obtained by introducing local accuracy adaptivity. The spectral delay cell error indicator is used to set the order of cell accuracy dynamically during the full multigrid iterations. The resulting approach allows to achieve significant reductions in computational costs of steady flow computations.
