Abstract

High-pressure gas bubble dynamics have important applications in many fields such as ship engineering, ocean engineering, mechanical engineering, etc., and involve a number of difficult mechanical problems to be overcome. Aiming at solving the difficult problems associated with different types of high-pressure gas bubbles such as underwater explosion bubbles, high-pressure air-gun bubbles, high-speed water-entry bubbles, etc., this study established high-pressure gas bubble dynamics models and calculation methods, and verified the effectiveness of the bubble dynamics models through experiments. On this basis and focusing on various engineering application problems, the dynamic behaviour of high-pressure gas bubbles under complex boundary conditions is investigated, the dynamic characteristics of near-field bubbles are given, and the mechanism and laws of high-pressure gas bubble behaviour are revealed, aiming to provide reference for the research on the dynamics of underwater high-pressure gas bubbles.
